In-process quality controller — Benton County

Vacancy available: we are hiring an in-process quality controller in Benton County, Washington. The job is in an automotive parts factory. You should have: • ITI or diploma in a mechanical or production trade • Understanding of AQL sampling and tolerance limits Your main tasks: • Measure finished parts with vernier callipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges • Check packaging, labelling and barcode accuracy before dispatch • Raise non-conformance reports and tag rejected batches • Carry out first-article and in-process checks on the production line • Operate height gauges, profile projectors and coordinate measuring tools • Inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting 4+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
