Building site helper — Jefferson County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a building site helper in Jefferson County, West Virginia. You will work on a road and bridge project. Day-to-day duties: • Mix concrete and mortar to the correct ratio, by hand or in a pan mixer • Pour and spread concrete, then compact it with a poker vibrator • Stack and store materials safely to avoid wastage • Erect and dismantle scaffolding and pass materials up • Fix and strip shuttering and formwork for beams and columns You should have: • Punctual and ready to do overtime when a pour demands it • Site safety induction or labour card an advantage At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. We offer $4,700 per month plus benefits. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
