Banquet server — Yuma County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a banquet server in Yuma County, Arizona. You should have: • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel The role involves: • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
