Great opportunity: we are hiring a lathe operator in City of Saint Louis, Missouri. You will work at an auto-parts workshop. The role involves: • Load raw material and feed stock into the machine hopper • Segregate finished parts into bins and label the batches • Set up and start the machine as per the job card • Key in cycle parameters such as speed, feed rate and temperature • Follow lockout-tagout before cleaning or clearing the machine • Run the first-off piece and check it against the drawing Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of lockout-tagout and machine safety • Able to read job cards and basic engineering drawings • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts Part-time with flexible hours. $4,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
