Kitchen steward — Bolivar County

Now hiring: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Bolivar County, Mississippi. You will work at a busy restaurant kitchen. Day-to-day duties: • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass Requirements: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts Pay around $3,100 per month, based on your experience.
