Car refinisher — Kingman County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a car refinisher in Kingman County, Kansas. The role involves: • Set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish • Wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs • Blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair • Bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint • Strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters • Sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting What we are looking for: • Skilled with HVLP and gravity-feed spray guns • Comfortable working in a spray booth with full PPE • Confident with wet-sanding and machine polishing Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
