Surface coating operator wanted in Neath Port Talbot

Now hiring: we are hiring a surface coating operator in Neath Port Talbot, Wales. The role involves: • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness What we are looking for: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
