Domestic gas engineer — Cooke County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a domestic gas engineer in Cooke County, Texas. What we are looking for: • Valid gas fitter's licence and Gas Safe (or local) registration • Competent in pipe threading, brazing and PE electrofusion • Sound knowledge of gas safety regulations and pressure testing Day to day you will carry out tightness (pressure) tests with a manometer and lock off the supply; install flue and chimney terminals and check for adequate ventilation; read isometric drawings and mark out the pipe routes; fix pipe clips, brackets and wall sleeves and sleeve pipe through walls; thread, ream and join black iron pipe with pipe wrenches and thread sealant. 1+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Pay around $2,700 per month, based on your experience. Contact us to fix an interview.
