Cnc lathe operator — Kunchi

Immediate opening: we are hiring a cnc lathe operator in Kunchi, Kano State. The role involves: • Measure finished parts with micrometers and vernier calipers • Check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet • Write and edit G-code programs at the control • Run first-off inspection and sign off the part • Watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes • Top up coolant and clear swarf from the bed You should have: • Experience with carbide tooling and insert selection • Able to hold tolerances to ±0.01 mm • ITI / NCVT certificate in the machinist (turner) trade preferred Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
