Final inspection operator wanted in Clay County

Now hiring: we are hiring a final inspection operator in Clay County, Arkansas. The job is in a metal fabrication workshop. On a typical shift you will draw samples from batches according to AQL sampling plans; check visually for scratches, dents, burrs and colour variation; verify dimensions against the tolerance limits on the technical drawing; carry out first-article and in-process checks on the production line; raise non-conformance reports and tag rejected batches; record measurements on inspection sheets and SPC charts. Requirements: • Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping • Prior experience as a QC inspector in manufacturing • Understanding of AQL sampling and tolerance limits 2+ years on the tools preferred.
