Shakeout operator — Clarke County

Now hiring: we are hiring a shakeout operator in Clarke County, Mississippi. Day-to-day duties: • Pour molten metal into the moulds using hand or crane ladles • Make and bake sand cores for the internal cavities • Operate the sand muller and the reclamation plant • Check melt temperature with a pyrometer before pouring • Maintain crucibles, ladles and furnace linings You should have: • Willing to work in hot, dusty conditions and rotating shifts • Able to read simple casting drawings and job cards 6+ years on the tools preferred.
