PVC window installer — Fulton County

Now hiring: we are hiring a PVC window installer in Fulton County, Pennsylvania. The job is at a busy uPVC fabrication workshop. On a typical shift you will glaze the double-glazed units, set the packers and bed the glass square; cut uPVC profiles to size on a double-mitre saw at 45 degrees; take site measurements of openings before fabrication; insert galvanised steel reinforcement into the profile chambers and screw-fix it; rout lock and hardware pockets with the copy router; check the frame for square by measuring the diagonals. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of common hardware systems such as espagnolette and friction hinges • Confident on the double-mitre saw, welder and corner-cleaning machine • Driving licence for measure-up and site-fitting visits At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
