Immediate opening: prep cook (Nebraska)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a prep cook in Washington County, Nebraska. The role involves manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; prepare the mise en place before each service; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch. You should have: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies Six days a week, one day off.
