Plant operator — Stanly County

Join our team: we are hiring a plant operator in Stanly County, North Carolina. The job is at a road-building project. The role involves: • Backfill and compact soil around pipes and foundations • Work in coordination with the banksman and ground crew on signals • Carry out daily pre-start checks on engine oil, coolant, hydraulic fluid and track tension • Excavate trenches and foundations to the marked depths and grade levels • Stockpile and spread material to the required levels What we are looking for: • Minimum 2-3 years' experience operating earthmoving machinery • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination 4+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Walk-in interviews this week.
