Now hiring: we are hiring a power float operator in Harmon County, Oklahoma. Ideal candidate: • Hands-on with poker vibrators, power floats and concrete mixers • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long hours on your feet • Able to read structural drawings and bar bending schedules The role involves: • Compact fresh concrete with immersion poker vibrators to clear honeycombing • Load, hoist and barrow concrete to the upper floors • Mix concrete to the specified grade (M15, M20, M25) by hand or in a mixer • Cut control and expansion joints at the correct spacing • Erect and align timber and steel shuttering before each pour • Screed and level slabs to the marked dead level and falls 3+ years on the tools preferred.
