Oven operator — Clay County

Great opportunity: we are hiring an oven operator in Clay County, Tennessee. The job is at a busy bakery. Your main tasks: • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream Requirements: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Basic cake decorating and piping skills Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
