Construction helper — Cheatham County

Join our team: we are hiring a construction helper in Cheatham County, Tennessee. The job is on a residential housing site. You will cure freshly laid concrete by sprinkling water for several days; carry bricks, cement bags and sand up to the masons on site; fix and strip shuttering and formwork for beams and columns; wheel barrows of rubble to the skip and keep the site clean; bend and tie rebar with binding wire for slabs and columns; set out levels with line and plumb under the mason's direction. What we are looking for: • Able to lift and carry heavy loads such as 50 kg cement bags all day • Prior experience as a labourer on building or civil sites • Able to follow the mason's and supervisor's instructions Part-time with flexible hours.
