Lifting rigger wanted in Wood County

Now hiring: we are hiring a lifting rigger in Wood County, Wisconsin. Your main tasks: • Calculate load weight and centre of gravity before every lift • Coordinate tandem and multi-crane lifts with the signaller • Direct the crane operator with standard hand signals and radio • Carry out daily checks on cranes, hoists and lifting tackle • Read lift plans and method statements before starting • Establish exclusion zones and keep workers clear of the lift area What we are looking for: • Sharp eye for safety and hazard awareness • Willing to work shifts, weekends and outdoors in all weather Part-time with flexible hours.
