Scaffolder wanted in Evangeline Parish

Great opportunity: we are hiring a scaffolder in Evangeline Parish, Louisiana. You will work on an industrial refinery shutdown. You should have: • Reliable, punctual and able to work in a gang • Knowledge of safe loading, bracing and tie patterns • CISRS card or local equivalent at Part 1 / Part 2 level Day to day you will erect debris netting, sheeting and brick guards; inspect couplers, boards and tubes for damage before use; read scaffold drawings and work to the agreed loading class; tie the scaffold back to the building with through-ties and anchors; fit guardrails, mid-rails and toe boards to every working platform; tighten right-angle and swivel couplers to torque with a podger spanner. Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
