Fusing press operator • Elmore County, Alabama

We are recruiting: we are hiring a fusing press operator in Elmore County, Alabama. You will be based in a busy laundry. The role involves: • Keep the boiler topped up and hold steady steam pressure • Clean and descale the iron soleplate and steam vents • Meet the daily piece target without damaging garments • Remove creases, wrinkles and packing folds with a steam iron Ideal candidate: • Able to keep pace with line speed and piece targets • Able to operate a steam press, vacuum table and fusing machine • Comfortable standing long shifts in a hot, humid environment Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
