Vacancy available: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in Clay County, Missouri. The role involves: • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations Requirements: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
