Vacancy available: we are hiring a restaurant steward in Goshen County, Wyoming. The role involves: • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place • Follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages • Carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) You should have: • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages 1+ years on the tools preferred.
