Now hiring: we are hiring a grill cook in Rockbridge County, Virginia. Requirements: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards On a typical shift you will follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency. Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
