Join our team: we are hiring a prep cook in Kanabec County, Minnesota. Day-to-day duties: • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down Ideal candidate: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
