Corporate security officer wanted in Luton

Vacancy available: we are hiring a corporate security officer in Luton, England. What we are looking for: • Alert, disciplined and punctual • Trained in basic fire-fighting and first aid • Height and weight as per security norms Day to day you will control crowds and manage queues at events and entry gates; patrol the premises on foot at fixed intervals; man the entry gate and check visitor IDs and gate passes; operate the metal detector and hand-held scanner at the door; log every visitor and vehicle in the duty register; detain shoplifters or trespassers and hand them over to police.
