Immediate opening: dish pit attendant (Imo State)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Okigwe, Imo State. You will work at a banquet hall. You will scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature. Requirements: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Rotating shifts.
