Powder spray gun operator — Yabo

Vacancy available: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in Yabo, Sokoto State. What we are looking for: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg On the job you will handle: • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
