Powder coating technician — Washington County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a powder coating technician in Washington County, Maryland. The job is at a fabrication and coating plant. Your main tasks: • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns You should have: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
