Prep cook — Furnas County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a prep cook in Furnas County, Nebraska. Day to day you will knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks. You should have: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
