Urgent requirement: we are hiring a beldar in Marion County, Iowa. The job is on a residential housing site. The role involves break out old walls and concrete with a jackhammer breaker; fix and strip shuttering and formwork for beams and columns; stack and store materials safely to avoid wastage; backfill and ram down soil around the foundations; clear debris and sweep the slab before the next pour. Ideal candidate: • Know how to mix concrete and mortar to the right ratio • Physically fit and comfortable working at height • Wear safety helmet, boots and gloves at all times 1+ years on the tools preferred.
