Now hiring: we are hiring a lorry driver in York County, Maine. On a typical shift you will operate tail-lifts and pump trucks during loading and unloading; log working hours on the tachograph and swap driver cards; secure loads with ratchet straps, chains and load bars; check tyre pressures, engine oil, coolant and brake fluid levels; couple and uncouple the trailer and check the fifth-wheel lock; carry out daily walk-around vehicle checks before setting off. Ideal candidate: • Confident with manual handling and load securing • Clean driving record with no recent endorsements We offer $5,100 per month plus benefits. Meals and transport allowance provided.
