Plasterer — Allen Parish

Vacancy available: we are hiring a plasterer in Allen Parish, Louisiana. You will be based at a new-build housing development. On a typical shift you will tape and joint plasterboard seams with scrim and filler; mix gypsum plaster and cement render to a workable consistency; dub out hollows and uneven areas before skimming; apply tanking and renovating plaster to damp walls; set up trestles and scaffold boards for ceiling work. What we are looking for: • Good head for heights for ceiling and stairwell work • Able to read drawings and set out work to a deadline • Own set of trowels, floats, hawk and buckets At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
