Now hiring: we are hiring a backhoe loader operator in Dodge County, Georgia. The job is at a stone quarry. The role involves: • Stockpile and spread material to the required levels • Keep a safe distance from excavation edges and overhead lines • Backfill and compact soil around pipes and foundations • Top up diesel, inspect hydraulic hoses for leaks and report defects • Work in coordination with the banksman and ground crew on signals • Operate the boom, stick and bucket to dig, lift and place material You should have: • Understanding of safe digging near underground services • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
