Window glazier — Pickens County

Join our team: we are hiring a window glazier in Pickens County, Georgia. You will be based at a busy uPVC fabrication workshop. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' experience fabricating uPVC windows and doors • Accurate measuring and squaring to within a couple of millimetres You will insert galvanised steel reinforcement into the profile chambers and screw-fix it; crimp glazing beads to length and snap them into the frame; fit espagnolette locking gear, friction hinges, handles and keeps to the sash; drill drainage and pressure-equalisation slots in the outer frame; fit fly screens, sills and trickle vents; install finished windows and doors, pack and anchor-fix them, then foam and silicone the perimeter. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
