Semi-automatic welder • Marshall County, Oklahoma

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a semi-automatic welder in Marshall County, Oklahoma. You will be based at a pipe and tank fabrication yard. You will set the wire feed speed and voltage to suit the plate thickness; check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration; load ER70S-6 wire spools and check the drive rolls; strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc; set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator. You should have: • Able to pass a 3G/4G plate test • Able to read weld symbols and fabrication drawings Full-time, day shift. Meals and transport allowance provided.
