Lifting rigger — Monroe County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a lifting rigger in Monroe County, Arkansas. The job is on an offshore oil and gas platform. The role involves set up spreader bars and lifting beams for long or awkward loads; rig and lift structural steel, precast panels and machinery into position; secure loads with turnbuckles, chain blocks and lever hoists; attach wire rope and chain slings to loads using shackles and hooks; establish exclusion zones and keep workers clear of the lift area. What we are looking for: • Valid rigging / lifting certificate or banksman-slinger ticket • Comfortable working at height and in confined spaces • Proven experience as a rigger on construction or industrial sites Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
