Floor screeder — Mitchell County

Join our team: we are hiring a floor screeder in Mitchell County, Texas. You will work at a ready-mix concrete plant. On a typical shift you will erect and align timber and steel shuttering before each pour; carry out slump tests and cast cubes for the lab; float and trowel surfaces with a bull float and power trowel for a smooth finish; mix concrete to the specified grade (M15, M20, M25) by hand or in a mixer; patch honeycombs and tie-rod holes with non-shrink grout. Ideal candidate: • Able to read structural drawings and bar bending schedules • Sound knowledge of concrete grades, slump and curing periods • ITI in masonry or civil work an added advantage We offer $4,800 per month plus benefits.
