Ideal candidate: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks The role involves load and unload the deck oven with a peel; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand.
