Plant operator — Akoko-Edo

Great opportunity: we are hiring a plant operator in Akoko-Edo, Edo. The job is on a busy construction site. The role involves: • Level and grade the road sub-base to the surveyor's pegs and string lines • Read site drawings and follow the batter and slope profiles • Operate the boom, stick and bucket to dig, lift and place material • Work in coordination with the banksman and ground crew on signals • Stockpile and spread material to the required levels Requirements: • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and noise • Knowledge of pre-start inspections and basic machine maintenance • Minimum 2-3 years' experience operating earthmoving machinery Rotating shifts.
