JCB operator — Hockley County

Join our team: we are hiring a JCB operator in Hockley County, Texas. The job is at a landfill site. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of pre-start inspections and basic machine maintenance • Awareness of site safety, PPE and lifting procedures Day-to-day duties: • Work in coordination with the banksman and ground crew on signals • Break rock and concrete with the hydraulic breaker attachment • Excavate trenches and foundations to the marked depths and grade levels • Stockpile and spread material to the required levels • Keep the cab clean and complete the daily machine logbook • Check for underground cables and services before digging Meals and transport allowance provided.
