Kitchen cook wanted in Neshoba County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Neshoba County, Mississippi. The role involves taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; prepare the mise en place before each service; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha. Ideal candidate: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate Six days a week, one day off. Pay around $5,400 per month, based on your experience.
