Road roller operator • Henry County, Kentucky

We are recruiting: we are hiring a road roller operator in Henry County, Kentucky. On a typical shift you will read site drawings and follow the batter and slope profiles; keep the cab clean and complete the daily machine logbook; keep a safe distance from excavation edges and overhead lines; operate the boom, stick and bucket to dig, lift and place material; check for underground cables and services before digging; work in coordination with the banksman and ground crew on signals. Requirements: • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and noise • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination • Able to operate excavator, loader and dozer confidently Performance bonus on top of base pay.
