Join our team: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Hendricks County, Indiana. The job is in a hospital canteen. Your main tasks: • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils Requirements: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts Part-time with flexible hours.
