Overhead (EOT) crane operator — Tioga County

Now hiring: we are hiring an overhead (EOT) crane operator in Tioga County, Pennsylvania. You will work on a high-rise tower crane. You should have: • Understanding of hand and radio signals • Able to read load charts and lifting plans • Valid crane operator licence or certificate (CPCS, NPORS or local equivalent) Day to day you will hoist, slew and lower loads smoothly and under control; follow hand signals and radio calls from the banksman or slinger; carry out pre-start checks on the crane, wire ropes and hook block; keep every lift within the safe working load (SWL); watch the load moment indicator (LMI) and stay within rated capacity; park up the crane, stow the jib and isolate at end of shift.
