Join our team: we are hiring a concrete worker in Saint Joseph County, Michigan. You will be based on a road and bridge project. Day-to-day duties: • Give broom or steel-trowel finishes as specified • Carry out slump tests and cast cubes for the lab • Discharge and place concrete from transit mixers and pumps into the forms • Load, hoist and barrow concrete to the upper floors • Lay PCC blinding and the damp-proof membrane over the prepared subgrade Ideal candidate: • Able to work to tight pour schedules and night pours • Able to read structural drawings and bar bending schedules We offer $3,800 per month plus benefits.
