Powder coating technician — Kitsap County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a powder coating technician in Kitsap County, Washington. You will record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun. You should have: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
