Concrete pump mate wanted in Smith County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a concrete pump mate in Smith County, Tennessee. You will be based on a road and bridge project. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years on RCC and concreting works • Able to read structural drawings and bar bending schedules • Able to work to tight pour schedules and night pours Day-to-day duties: • Load, hoist and barrow concrete to the upper floors • Cut control and expansion joints at the correct spacing • Cure slabs by ponding, wet hessian or curing compound for the required days • Set out levels with a spirit level, line and pins • Fix and tie reinforcement bars and mesh as per the bar bending schedule Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
