Line assembler — Orkney Islands

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a line assembler in Orkney Islands, Scotland. You will work at a busy assembly plant. You should have: • Previous experience on a production or assembly line preferred • Good hand-eye coordination and steady fingers for small parts The role involves: • Tighten fasteners to the specified torque using a power screwdriver or torque wrench • Report jams or tool faults to the line leader straight away • Log defects and place rejected units in the rework bay • Follow the work instruction sheet for each station • Apply labels, barcodes and serial stickers in the right position Overtime paid at a premium rate.
