Formwork carpenter wanted in Dikwa

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a formwork carpenter in Dikwa, Borno State. You will work at a reinforced concrete building site. The role involves: • Fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure • Check alignment with spirit level, plumb bob and string line • Apply mould-release oil to the plywood faces before concreting • Brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour • Strike and strip the formwork once the concrete has cured • Fix stop ends and kickers at the construction joints Ideal candidate: • Confident working at height on scaffold and decking • Able to read formwork and structural drawings • 2+ years on RCC and formwork on building or infrastructure sites Six days a week, one day off.
