Bread baker — Sheridan County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a bread baker in Sheridan County, Montana. You will work in a bread factory. You will weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity. Ideal candidate: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks $4,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
